ABC Garden Services provides garden maintenance, lawn care, grounds maintenance, landscaping, hedge cutting, garden clearance and related outdoor services to residential and commercial customers. All quotations are provided in good faith and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Should site conditions differ significantly from those observed during the quotation process, we reserve the right to revise the quotation accordingly.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of attendance. Where access is unavailable, restricted, or prevented through no fault of ABC Garden Services, the scheduled visit may still be chargeable. Customers must inform us of any known hazards, hidden obstacles, underground services, irrigation systems, electrical cables, drainage systems, pets, or other conditions that may affect the safe completion of the work.

 

All services are subject to weather conditions. In the event that weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the completion of work, we reserve the right to reschedule the service to the next available suitable date.

 

Payment terms will be outlined within the quotation, invoice, maintenance agreement, or service contract. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the suspension of future services until outstanding balances are settled. Commercial customers may be subject to statutory interest and debt recovery charges where permitted by applicable legislation.

 

Unless expressly stated within a quotation, the removal of garden waste, soil, rubble, timber, green waste, or other materials is not included within the agreed price. Any additional work requested outside the original scope of services, including but not limited to garden clearances, tree work, waste removal, landscaping alterations, or specialist treatments, may incur additional charges.

 

ABC Garden Services maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance. Whilst every reasonable care is taken when carrying out work, we shall not be held liable for loss or damage arising from hidden defects, undisclosed underground services, pre-existing conditions, adverse weather events, plant disease, pest infestations, natural deterioration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the value of the services supplied.

 

Either party may cancel a recurring maintenance agreement by providing 14 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-off services may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations received outside of these notice periods may be subject to charges where costs have already been incurred.All content contained within this website, including text, logos, images, branding and design elements, remains the property of ABC Garden Services unless otherwise stated. ​Where quotations are provided based on customer-supplied measurements or photographs, the quotation is subject to the accuracy of that information. If the actual work required is significantly greater than described, ABC Garden Services reserves the right to revise the quotation before or during the work

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
